Acceptable Use Policy (UK)

Last updated: November 2026

This policy keeps everyone safe and keeps messaging deliverable and lawful. It forms part of our Terms of Service. The short version: only contact people who expect to hear from you, and only publish claims you can stand behind.

Messaging (PECR and UK GDPR)

  • Only message people who enquired with your practice or are your patients, and only about that relationship.
  • Never upload purchased, scraped or third-party lists.
  • Every message identifies your practice and includes a working opt-out; opt-outs are honoured immediately and permanently.
  • Review requests are never incentivised, never filtered by sentiment and never reference clinical treatment (CMA guidance on fake reviews).

Advertising content (GDC, ASA and CAP Code)

As a GDC registrant you are responsible for your advertising. Our templates and content checker are compliant by default, but do not add: prescription-only medicines (including anti-wrinkle injections) named or priced; "specialist" for anyone not on a GDC specialist list; comparisons with other professionals; claims you cannot substantiate, or that create unjustified expectations of results; "CQC rated" or "CQC approved" claims. Testimonials and before-and-after images must be genuine, consented and typical.

If you breach this policy

Serious or repeated breaches can lead to suspension or termination, because they put our messaging reputation and other practices at risk. We will always try to warn you first where we safely can.
