There is no fixed term and no exit fee. Email hello@grovique.com and we confirm within one business day. Your service runs to the end of the month you have paid for; we do not bill the next one.

Founding practices: your free website build is never charged back if you leave.

Your domain is registered in your name and paid to the registrar directly — we only connect it. When you leave, you keep it, and we point it wherever you ask.

Before you go, we export your leads, messages and website content for you. Within 30 days we delete your data from live systems (backups age out on their normal cycle) and confirm in writing when it is done, as your data processing agreement requires.

The website runs on our platform, so the hosted site comes down at the end of your term; you keep your domain and all your content to rebuild elsewhere. Your SMS number is released on cancellation.
