Terms of Service (UK)

Last updated: November 2026

These terms are an agreement between your practice and Grovique for the websites, lead-capture, messaging and reputation tools we provide to UK dental practices. By subscribing, you agree to them. Grovique is an independent service operated by its founding team as freelancers, based in Ahmedabad, India. We are not an incorporated company and never display a placeholder company number.

The service

We provide a marketing, lead-generation and reputation platform for UK dental practices: a website built to the GDC’s Guidance on advertising, a practice portal (lead inbox, two-way SMS, AI chatbot, review requests and dashboards, depending on your plan), and Google Business Profile setup. We are not practice-management software and do not provide clinical, legal or financial advice.

Features are delivered per your chosen plan (Presence, Growth or Reputation). Where a plan feature is switched on during your onboarding, you are billed at the Presence price until it is live for you.

Fees, billing and no contract

Plans are month-to-month with no fixed term. The one-time setup fee (waived for founding practices) is paid upfront; the monthly fee is billed in advance each month. Fees are quoted and billed in pounds sterling, by card or bank transfer through our payment provider, Infinity. We supply the service from outside the UK and do not add UK VAT; if your practice is VAT-registered, you account for any VAT due under the reverse charge. SMS beyond your included monthly allowance is billed as top-ups or at the stated rate.

You may cancel at any time with notice before your next billing date (see Cancellation & Offboarding). We do not refund the current month or the setup fee, which covers work already delivered.

We may change prices for future billing periods with at least 30 days’ notice; founding pricing is honoured for as long as your subscription stays active.

Your responsibilities

You are the advertiser and the owner of your content. You are responsible for the accuracy of what you give us — including GDC numbers, qualifications, NHS status and fees — for having a lawful basis and any consent needed before we message a patient on your behalf, and for meeting your professional obligations to the GDC and the CQC. Our Acceptable Use Policy and Advertising Disclaimer form part of these terms.

  • Keep your account credentials secure and your contact details current.
  • Only upload contact details you are entitled to use.
  • Approve your website content before it goes live — you are the legal advertiser.

Your data and your domain

You own your content, your domain and your patient data. Your domain is registered in your name and paid to the registrar directly; we connect it for you. For patient data you are the controller and we are your processor, on the terms in our Data Processing & Security page and the data processing agreement we sign with you.

Liability

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud. Otherwise, our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss (such as lost profits or lost patients).

Suspension and termination

We may suspend or end the service for serious or repeated breach of these terms or the Acceptable Use Policy — for example, sending messages without a lawful basis, or publishing content that advertises prescription-only medicines. Where practical we will warn you first and give you a chance to fix it.

Governing law and changes

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales can hear any dispute. We would always rather sort a problem out by email first. We may update these terms as the product grows; the "last updated" date shows the current version, and material changes are notified by email.
