Grovique provides websites, lead-capture and reputation tools built for Australian dental clinics. This policy explains how we handle personal information in line with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Australian Privacy Principles (APPs). It covers information you give us through this website — it does not cover a clinic’s own patients, whose information each clinic manages under its own policy.

When you enquire or apply through our form, we collect:

• your name and clinic name;
• your suburb, email address and (optionally) phone number;
• anything you choose to tell us in the message field.

We also collect anonymous, cookieless usage analytics (such as pages viewed) to improve the site. We do not use advertising trackers.

We use your information for one purpose: to respond to your enquiry — to prepare your snapshot and personalised demo, to contact you about it, and to answer your questions. We only contact you because you asked us to, and you can opt out at any time by replying or emailing us.

Your information is stored securely with data hosted in Australia. Access is limited to the founders. We keep your details only as long as needed to help you, and remove them on request.

We do not sell your information. We share it only with the service providers that run our website, form and email (for example, hosting and email delivery), under agreements that require them to protect it. We will disclose information if required by law.

You can ask us to access, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you, and you can withdraw consent to be contacted at any time. Just email hello@grovique.com and we’ll action it promptly.
